It’s been a very snowy weekend so lots of opportunities for snow photos. Today it was just a bit too cold and decided to do an indoor shot instead!
The poor little snowman from yesterday is now buried under a big pile of snow after more snowfall last night. All you can see now is the end two little twigs :)
Bring on the snow :)
Unfortunately my wireless remote got broken in the process of shooting this as I dropped it in the snow :( It’s currently drying out on the radiator but I’ve a feeling it’s not going to work again. I’ll be lost without it.
What more could you want on a cold, wintery afternoon? :)
Something different for today. I didn’t end up getting the shot I set out to get, but this is growing on me.
I find self portraits easier these days, but still prefer not to have the whole of me in them!! I thought I’d try an idea I’d seen while flicking through some photos recently. It’s surprisingly hard to get a natural, simple pose like this looking anything like decent for the camera!

Finally catching up with uploading the photos from days 7 to 14…some are more inspiring than others! I find this is the hardest part of the year in a 365 with the drab winter weather and short periods of time with decent light.
Enjoy :)
The twelfth day of Christmas and time for all the decorations to be put away :(
I may just leave a few things out though…January is so much better with fairy lights :)

Some days don’t lend themselves to interesting photos…like today. I’ve been trying a new lens out and I defo need practice as all my other shots didn’t work! Still, this is what winter’s looking like round here. Pretty dull and not a flake of snow in sight :$
I LOVE getting post and I’m lucky to have friends who like writing post to me :) I got a lovely card and letter today so I’ve enjoyed taking some time to write back.
